1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Tutoronics! These comprehensive Terms and Conditions (“Terms,” “Agreement”) establish the rules, guidelines, and regulations for accessing and using our website, accessible at www.tutoronics.com, as well as any related platforms, applications, and educational services we provide (collectively referred to as the “Services”).
Please read this document carefully before you create an account, purchase a course, or otherwise interact with our platform. By accessing this website or using our Services in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accept these terms and conditions in full. You agree to be legally bound by this Agreement. If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of a company, organization, or another legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, or if you do not have the authority to agree to them, you must immediately cease all use of the Tutoronics platform and Services.
2. Definitions and Interpretations
To ensure absolute clarity throughout this Agreement, we use specific capitalized terms. Here is what they mean:
- “We,” “Our,” “Us,” and “Tutoronics” refer to the educational platform, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, tutors, and agents.
- “You,” “Your,” “User,” and “Client” refer to the individual or entity accessing our website, purchasing our training programs, or interacting with our Services. If the primary user is a minor, “You” also refers to the parent or legal guardian who accepts these Terms on their behalf.
- “Services” encompasses all offerings provided by Tutoronics, including but not limited to live tutoring sessions, pre-recorded courses, study materials, assessments, website content, and customer support.
- “Content” refers to all text, graphics, videos, audio clips, software, course materials, data, and information provided by Tutoronics.
- “Session” or “Class” refers to a scheduled block of educational instruction provided by a Tutoronics instructor, whether delivered one-on-one or in a group setting.
3. Account Creation and User Responsibilities
To access certain features of our Services, you may need to register for an account. When creating an account, you agree to the following conditions:
3.1 Accurate Information
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You are responsible for keeping your account details updated. Providing false information may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your account without a refund.
3.2 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify us immediately at hello@tutoronics.com if you suspect any unauthorized access or use of your account. We will not be liable for any losses or damages caused by your failure to safeguard your login information.
3.3 Age Requirements
Our Services are designed for students of various ages. However, if you are under the age of 18 (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction), you must have the explicit consent of a parent or legal guardian to create an account and purchase Services. The parent or guardian is fully responsible for the minor’s compliance with these Terms.
4. Payment Policy, Billing, and Fees
Tutoronics requires compensation for the educational services and administrative resources we provide. Our payment policies are structured to ensure transparency and fairness for all clients.
4.1 Advance Payment Requirement
You must pay for all classes, courses, and training programs in full and in advance before the training program begins. We will not schedule your sessions or grant access to educational materials until we successfully process your payment.
4.2 Special Payment Circumstances
We understand that clients occasionally face unique financial situations. If we explicitly approve special circumstances in writing, we may allow you to operate on a modified payment schedule. In such approved cases, you must complete full payment for one month of classes within exactly 40 days of your first scheduled session. Failure to complete this payment within the 40-day window will result in an immediate halt to your classes, a suspension of your account, and potential collections actions.
4.3 Accepted Payment Methods
We accept various forms of payment, which may include major credit cards, debit cards, and authorized digital payment platforms as indicated on our checkout page. By submitting your payment information, you authorize us (and our third-party payment processors) to charge your selected payment method for the agreed-upon amount.
4.4 Currency and Taxes
All fees are listed in the currency specified on the checkout page. You are responsible for paying any applicable local, state, provincial, or federal taxes associated with your purchase of our Services.
4.5 Late Fees and Disputed Charges
If a payment fails or is returned for non-sufficient funds, we reserve the right to charge a reasonable administrative fee. If you initiate a chargeback or dispute a valid payment with your credit card company without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to permanently terminate your account and dispute the chargeback using evidence of your agreement to these Terms.
5. Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Refund Policy
We strive to provide excellent service, but we recognize that scheduling conflicts arise and plans change. Our cancellation and refund rules are designed to respect both your time and the time of our dedicated instructors.
5.1 Cancellation by the User
You can cancel your enrollment in classes at any time. To cancel a class or your entire program, you must notify us in writing via email or through your student dashboard.
5.2 Rescheduling Sessions
If you need to reschedule a specific class, you must provide us with at least 24 hours of advance notice. If you fail to provide 24 hours of notice, or if you simply do not show up for a scheduled session, that class will be forfeited, and you will be billed as if the class took place. No refunds or make-up classes will be provided for unexcused absences.
5.3 Refund Policy Limits
Our refund policy operates on a strict timeline based on the delivery of our Services:
- After Two Sessions: We do not issue refunds under any circumstances after we have conducted two or more sessions with you. Once the second session begins, your payment becomes fully non-refundable.
- Before Two Sessions: If you cancel your program before completing two sessions, we will review your refund request on a case-by-case basis. If we approve a refund, we will return your funds minus any applicable administrative fees and minus the prorated cost of the single session you may have already attended.
5.4 Cancellation by Tutoronics
We reserve the right to cancel sessions or full courses due to instructor illness, severe technical failures, or force majeure events. If we cancel a session, we will offer you a prompt opportunity to reschedule at no additional cost. If we must cancel an entire course permanently, we will issue a prorated refund for all undelivered sessions.
6. Acceptable Use of Services and Code of Conduct
Tutoronics aims to foster a safe, respectful, and highly productive learning environment. When using our platform and interacting with our instructors, you must adhere to the following acceptable use policies.
6.1 Personal Use Only

You are strictly prohibited from sharing, selling, licensing, renting, or redistributing our materials, your account access, or any recorded sessions to third parties without our prior, explicit written consent.
6.2 Prohibited Behaviors
While using Tutoronics, you agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
- Harassing, bullying, threatening, or discriminating against any tutor, employee, or fellow student.

- Recording audio or video of live tutoring sessions without the explicit written permission of the instructor and Tutoronics management.
- Using our platform for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform or participate in unlawful acts.
6.3 Suspension and Termination for Cause
We actively monitor compliance with our Code of Conduct. We reserve the right to immediately suspend or permanently terminate your access to our Services, without notice or refund, if we determine that you have violated these Terms, engaged in disruptive behavior, or compromised the safety and integrity of our educational environment.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
Tutoronics invests significant resources into developing high-quality educational materials. We aggressively protect our intellectual property rights under international copyright laws.
7.1 Ownership of Content
Tutoronics (or our licensors) owns all content on this website and within our programs. This includes, but is not limited to, text, course syllabi, worksheets, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and proprietary software. All such materials are protected by intellectual property laws and treaties worldwide.
7.2 Restrictions on Use
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and view the Content solely for your personal educational purposes. You may not:
- Reproduce, duplicate, copy, or exploit any content for commercial purposes.
- Modify, translate, decompile, or create derivative works based on our instructional materials.
- Remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices contained within the Services.
7.3 User-Generated Content and Feedback
If you submit assignments, questions, comments, or feedback to us (collectively, “User Content”), you retain ownership of your underlying ideas. However, by submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, and display that content for educational or promotional purposes. If you provide suggestions for improving our Services, we may implement those ideas without any obligation to compensate you.
8. Disclaimers of Warranties
We take great pride in our educational platform, but we provide our Services on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
8.1 No Guarantee of Specific Outcomes
We guarantee the high quality of our training, the professionalism of our instructors, and the accuracy of our curriculum. However, we do not and cannot guarantee specific academic or professional outcomes. Educational success depends heavily on the individual student’s effort, background, study habits, and personal performance. We make no promises regarding specific grades, test scores, admission to educational institutions, or job placement results.
8.2 Technical Reliability
While we strive to maintain 100% uptime, we do not warrant that our website or digital platforms will function without interruption, delay, or technical errors. We are not responsible for internet connectivity issues, bandwidth limitations, or hardware failures on your end that prevent you from accessing live sessions.
9. Limitations of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tutoronics, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our Services.
This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data, loss of educational opportunities, or other intangible losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Services exceed the total amount you have paid to Tutoronics for the specific classes or programs in dispute during the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Tutoronics, its parent company, affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, instructors, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debts, and expenses (including but not limited to reasonable attorney’s fees) arising from:
- Your violation of any term of this Agreement.
- Your use of and access to the Tutoronics website and Services.
- Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right.
- Any claim that your actions or submitted content caused damage to a third party.
11. Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is critically important to us. We collect, store, and process your personal information in order to provide, improve, and administer our educational services.
By using our Services, you consent to the collection and use of your data as outlined in our comprehensive Privacy Policy. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal data, secure your payment information, and respect your communication preferences. Please refer to our Privacy Policy document for detailed information. If you do not agree with our data practices, you must not use Tutoronics.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions, as well as any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Tutoronics officially operates its primary corporate headquarters, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Therefore, the laws of this jurisdiction govern these terms. Consequently, any disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to this Agreement, or the breach thereof, will be resolved in accordance with those laws. You expressly agree to submit to the exclusive personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located within that jurisdiction for the purpose of litigating all such claims or disputes.
13. Dispute Resolution
In the interest of resolving disputes quickly and cost-effectively, you and Tutoronics agree that any dispute arising out of these Terms will initially be addressed through informal, good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, both parties agree to explore mandatory mediation before resorting to formal litigation.
14. Force Majeure
Tutoronics shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations under these Terms if such failure or delay is caused by events beyond our reasonable control. Such events, known as Force Majeure, include but are not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, global pandemics, strikes, lockouts, internet service provider failures, government restrictions, war, or acts of terrorism. In the event of a Force Majeure, we will do our best to resume normal services as soon as it is practically possible.
15. Severability and Waiver
15.1 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, invalid, or illegal by a court of competent jurisdiction, that specific provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions of these Terms shall remain in full force, effect, and enforceability.
15.2 Waiver
The failure of Tutoronics to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. Any waiver of any provision of these Terms will be effective only if it is in writing and formally signed by a legally authorized representative of Tutoronics.
16. Changes and Modifications to Terms
The educational landscape and digital legal requirements are constantly evolving. As a result, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time.
If a revision is material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide notice prior to any new terms taking effect, such as sending an email to registered users or placing a prominent notice on our website homepage. We will post any changes on our website, and they will take effect immediately upon publication. The date at the top of this document will indicate when the Terms were last revised. Your continued use of the Tutoronics platform and Services following the posting of any changes constitutes your binding acceptance of those changes.
