Return & Refund Policy – Tutoronics

At Tutoronics, we strive to maintain transparency and clarity in all our policies. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before enrolling in any of our programs.

1. Nature of Services

Tutoronics provides digital educational services, including online tutoring, language courses, test preparation, and short courses. As these services are delivered online and involve reserved tutor time, they are non-returnable in nature.

2. No Refund Policy

• Tutoronics follows a strict NO REFUND policy.
• Once payment has been made, it is non-refundable under all circumstances.
• No refunds will be issued after two (2) or more sessions have been conducted, regardless of attendance, satisfaction, or change in personal circumstances.

3. Missed or Unused Sessions

• Missed classes without prior notice are considered conducted sessions.
• Any unused sessions within a package will expire after the 40-day monthly class cycle and will not be refunded, carried forward, or replaced.

4. Early Discontinuation

• If a student chooses to discontinue classes before completing the package, no refund or partial refund will be provided.
• Tutoronics does not offer refunds for delays, pauses, or breaks initiated by the student.

5. Tutor Change & Refunds

• Requests to change tutors do not qualify for refunds.
• Tutor changes, if approved, can only be processed after completion of the current payment cycle and are subject to availability.

6. Technical Issues

• Tutoronics is not responsible for technical issues such as internet connectivity problems, device failures, or platform access issues on the student’s end.
• Such issues do not qualify for refunds or compensation.

7. Exceptional Circumstances

• In rare cases where Tutoronics is unable to continue services due to internal reasons, an appropriate resolution may be offered at our discretion.
• Any such decision does not establish a precedent for future cases.

8. Policy Acceptance

By enrolling in any Tutoronics program and making a payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Return & Refund Policy.
