Services
Tutoronics provides online educational services, including academic tutoring, language courses, test preparation, and short skill-based programs. All classes are conducted online on a 1-on-1 basis, unless otherwise stated.

Enrollment & Class Structure
- Enrollment is confirmed only after full payment is received.
- Class schedules are mutually agreed upon before the start of the program.
- Students are expected to attend sessions on time and maintain regular attendance.

Payment Policy
- Full payment is required in advance before the commencement of any classes.
- All packages are sold on a monthly cycle.
- A one-month class package must be completed within a maximum of 40 days from the date of the first session.
- Any unused sessions after the 40-day period will expire automatically and cannot be carried forward or compensated.

No Refund Policy
- Tutoronics follows a strict NO REFUND policy.
- Once two (2) or more sessions have been conducted, fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.
- No refunds will be issued for missed sessions, scheduling conflicts, delayed attendance, early discontinuation, or dissatisfaction with learning pace or outcomes.

Tutor Assignment & Change Policy
- Tutors are assigned based on subject expertise, availability, and student requirements.
- If a student wishes to change their assigned tutor, the request can only be considered after completing the current payment cycle (40-day monthly cycle).
- Tutor change requests will not be processed mid-cycle and are subject to availability.
- Tutoronics reserves the right to assign or reassign tutors when necessary.

Demo Sessions
- Free demo sessions are available for selected courses only.
- Tutoronics reserves the right to approve or decline demo session requests at its discretion.

Attendance, Rescheduling & Cancellations
- Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
- Missed sessions without prior notice may be marked as conducted.
- Tutoronics reserves the right to reschedule or cancel sessions due to unforeseen circumstances.

Student Responsibilities
- Students must ensure a stable internet connection, suitable device, and learning environment.
- Tutoronics is not responsible for technical issues arising from the student’s end.

Academic Disclaimer
Tutoronics provides structured learning support and expert guidance; however, we do not guarantee specific grades, scores, or academic results, as outcomes depend on individual effort, consistency, and engagement.

Code of Conduct
- Students and parents must maintain respectful communication with tutors and staff.
- Any misconduct, abuse, or inappropriate behavior may result in immediate termination of services without refund.

Modifications to Terms
Tutoronics reserves the right to amend or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
